Introducing the Scrum for Ops & DevOps Expert Certified (SODEC) course by SCRUMstudy. This program provides insights into extending Scrum framework to business & IT operations and DevOps. The certification is based on the Scrum for Ops and DevOps white paper. Participants get a keen understanding of processes to optimize workflow, enhance quality, align business goals with technical capabilities of the organization, and set up organization for Ops and DevOps. The certification fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, empowering organizations to stay agile and deliver exceptional value to their customers in the dynamic landscape of product development, operations management, and DevOps.

How to start

1. Enroll in the SODEC provided by MindFlux Consulting in collaboration with ScrumStudy 
2. After you payment you’ll receive a link in the e-mail provided to access the training:
   1. Access the online course on 'Scrum for Operations & DevOps Certified'.
   2. Get a copy of the SBOK^® Guide online version.
   3. Schedule the two hour proctored exam.
   4. SCRUMstudy^™ verifies the application: confirms the exam date and time.
   5. Take the two hour proctored exam online
3. Upon successful completion of the exam get an online certificate.
   1. Your name will be added to the SCRUMstudy^™ Certification Registry.
   2. You can add the certificate to your LinkedIn profile.
   3. If you are unable to pass the exam, you can schedule again and take a maximum of two Free Exam Retakes.
